Lee Ann Lambdin

Lee Ann Lambdin is StrategyHealth. She has 30 years experience in healthcare strategic planning, growth planning, and 14 years experience with community health needs assessments (CHNAs) and community health improvement. She also can facilitate the best planning meetings you've ever had.

Experience Matters

Ms. Lambdin was Senior Principal Consultant with Syntellis which acquired Stratasan in 2022. With Stratasan for 12 years, she led the expert thinking initiative assisting planners and marketers with strategy and planning to successfully lead their organizations and communities into the future.

 

Previous to Stratasan, she served as Planning Consultant for Ascension Saint Thomas Health and Vice President of Planning and Hospital Support Services for HealthTech Management Services, previously Brim Healthcare leading rural hospitals' planning and Brim's consulting services. She also served as interim CEO of a critical access hospital in Nebraska.

Prior to HealthTech, she served as VP of Planning and Business Development at  Covenant Health in Knoxville, TN. 

​

She holds her Master of Science Degree in Health Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
